ACL Reconstruction – Protocol for Physiotherapy Following Surgery
The purpose of this exercise is to provide a controlled stretch to the Achilles tendon and the gastrocnemius calf muscle.
- With the belt held around the foot as shown and the knee straight, pull your foot toward you.
- You will feel a gentle stretch high in your calf
- Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 5-7 times.
